Yeah, I'll use them from time to time when I can, if they're coded in. I don't have cheat devices, so I can only cheat if there's a glitch in a game or if they're made to be used.

I hate cheats. WTH is the point of an rpg if you can just....cheat. totally kills the game. now, i've gotten screwed before, like getting stuck in a room before and had to use walk through walls cheat but nothing else.

if rarely was an option i would have chosen that. i never use cheats until after i have beaten the game and gotten everything. otherwise, why would i buy it?

I only use the appear pokemon cheat and rare candy to balance your team.Too much of the cheats make the game so boring

I hardly ever use cheat codes in a game. They sometimes ruin the game, unless you finished the game already and want to do some silly things.

Sometimes, when I just need to unwind from a crappy day, I will play Star Wars The Clone Wars on Gamecube, and put the infinate special weapons, and infinate health and just start blowing stuff up.

I prefer to never use cheat codes because that takes the fun out of the whole point of the game. Yes it gets repetitive and annoying but the point is for the game to last. Using it to finish is never good.

it also depends on the game you play,i mean if you play sims it becomes the most boring moment of your life but in rpgs they r useful sometimes(like-no random battles-)

The only recent instance I can think of where I've used cheat codes is for the newer Pokemon games. It's just way too much effort to put together a decent battle tower team legitimately. I would rather just code in the Pokemon with the right EVs instead of breeding and training and hoping everything turns out right. As for all other games, well, I don't need cheat codes. They're cheap.

When I was younger, I use to use cheat codes in pokemon all the time. Just so I had all three starting pokemon. Not really anymore, though.

I only cheat if I have beaten the game before....Otherwise it proves nothing that you beat a game cheating.
