Honestly i dont mind whether they do or dont, my sister and my girlfriend play games, my sister likes Gears, my girlfriend likes tetris.

my sister played Ragnarok Online a while back. she was pretty addicted to it. one of my friends plays counterstrike and my friend's little sister plays with her brothers on the PS2, but that about it. dont know many girls who do play.

Yeah, they're not into the things most guys like, but they play nonetheless.i think they do like games, but prolly not violent ones, mostly racing games and stuff

My wife and I play all the time... usually RTSs or coop games (and yes, bloody, violent, and gory games too) While I think statistically there are far less female gamers out there it's not like they're some super-rare subspecies of human. Oh and by the way, if you want to start a relationship with a girl just because she likes video games, you need to really evaluate how ready you are to start one.
