Most of the girls I know play tetris and Guitar hero. A few can beat me at GH, girls are just good with their fingers

Why not? It would be better if I could hang out with more girls my own age who actually play video games. If you look at me for the first time, the thought of me gaming will never cross your mind. You'd think that I would be a typical study freak. How wrong an assumption that would be (you should look at the faces of my friends when they found out I played games, especially the violent ones ).

That's a stupid assumption. I will admit that I'm not good at anything that's not an RPG, but I am certainly CAPABLE of playing a game. And guess what? No penis! Also, I like playing fighting games and racing games, though I always come in second...i know they try but everyone ive seen sucks. you cant play video games without a penis

To be honest if a guy can't or won't play video games with me I'm not gonna last long around him. My girl friends back in school would get extremely irritated with me because me and my guy friends could be on the subject of gaming all day long. Actually the last couple of boyfriends I had were gamers, so that's what made us come together in the first place. As one of them once said to me, "Imagine another guy boasting, 'Yeah, my wife works with video games at the store' and I can answer with, 'Yeah, and my wife makes them for a living.'" Of course I'm not married but the thought of saying that made him so proud. 
I really don't see why a lot of guys don't see girls playing games. I know (and turned) a lot of girls towards gaming. They're not as 'rare' as they used to be 10 years ago. Times are changing. But to find a girl who plays more than RPGs, racing, and arcade games sure aren't easy to come by, I'll say that much.Now, back to my DMC marathon. Can't keep Dante waiting now can we? B)

I've never met a girl that's liked racing games, though I have met a few that liked violent games. I like some violent games depending on the genre. I'm not much for first person shooters but I'm not much for any type of first person game really. For some reason I find third person games to be the easiest, maybe because that's the kind of games I've been playing for almost twenty years.i think they do like games, but prolly not violent ones, mostly racing games and stuff

I'm a girl, I play games. Lol for that matter, you can obviously tell something from me even being on this site. =]Only sad part is that I am pretty much one of those 'girly gamers'. I play Viva Pinata, Guitar Hero, stupid racing games, puzzle games, the Sims, mostly stuff like that. BUT, I do play Resistance online with my PS3 =]. Haha look me up, same name as the display. I think it's cool if girls play video game.I also shocked when I went to a video game shop and I saw 2 girls browsing for games.It will be more cool if the girls who play video games are your girlfriends,special one I mean.
