Hell yeah its awsome, its always good to talk to someone of the opposite sex about video games. It makes breaking the ice a hell of alot easier, and its always exciting to have something in common. Nothings better than a girl who can be themselves and openly admit they love to play games, it shows self confidence and that they dont gove into other peoples crap:) But I havnt met a sane one yet:(

I'm a girl and I LOOOOVE video games =D. I'm not sure if I'm particularly good at any game but =\... I love playing, haha 
especially RPGs... I love games with a good story. Fighting games are sweet too

My sister plays video games, I guess it's kind of cool that everyone else around me thinks that it's cool.But it's kind of strange that she likes gore and racing games, quite unconventional.

there shouldn't be anything weird or wrong or cool with girls playing games. Like there shouldn't be anything weird if a guy is into grooming himself properly
most are not tomboys. playing games doesn't make you one and being a tomboy doesn't make you more likely to play them either.Plenty of girls play video games, though I must admit that must are tomboys. Take me for instant.

Not true at all. I'm a girl and I play Fire Emblem (M), Resident Evil (MA), Tales of Symphonia (M), Conker's Bad Fur Day (MA), the works, man! I'd play those fighting games too if I could find one.i think they do like games, but prolly not violent ones, mostly racing games and stuff
lol I'm not sure I had a feminine side to begin withI see we have a mix of DISTURBED AND DEMENTED people here and some honest gamers. There's nothing wrong with gurlz playing games. They just need to be more girlish sometimes. I know plenty of girls who have lost their feminine side because they play so damn much. Alas, that is life....

i am playing lego star wars with my girl, she likes the game but she just doesn't know how to work as a team she keeps killing me and not listening on what we have to do. but i guess that is my problem and not anyone elses.

Aww, we're not that rare. We just populate different genres differently. I started with Mario when I was a kid, then moved on to the Final Fantasies, CastleVanias and Kingdom Hearts later on. I like RPGs mainly, but there was this period of time about 2 years ago when I was playing Counterstrike for 4 hours every day.

Actually, I had quite a few girl-friends who played games... 'n' they were pretty good... Beat me a couple times 'n' stuff but they never taunted, or boasted about it 'cause then they know in 2 days time, I'd come back 'n' beat as twice as bad as they beat me, . But I see nothin' wrong with girls playin' games...

whats wrong with girls playing Video games.It only bothers me when they beat me JK but seriously girls have beaten me b4 and i'm not afraid 2 admit it.
