Final Fantasy Tactics was a great one. I still have yet to beat it, though I've gotta replay it again. The fact that you have to really think about how to beat the battle in a strategic way was really something for me.Final Fantasy VIII was cool because it sort of changed the mold in the usual Final Fantasy battle system with the ability to "draw" magic, rather than using MP for it.Final Fantasy VII was my first FF game on the PSOne and the first RPG I've ever bothered to master.

FF7 has the widest and broad storyline. FF8 has the most interesting storyline. FF9 loses to the above two though. i can`t comment on FF6 because i quit the game halfway due to it's slow loading system. o.O

I would have to say FF7. It then got me interested in playing the series of games under FF. And Final Fantasy: Advent Children is based on FF7, so the impact of FF7 is greater than any other game, justifying that it is the best Final Fantasy game. :smile1:

Well i've played FF 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and X-2.I would have to say the best one is FF 8 followed very closely by FF X.o yeah by the way FF X-2 was the worst!

U THINK FF X-2 WAS THE WORST ANY WAY I THOUGHT FF-X WAS THE BEST BUT I STILL LIKE FF X-2

In my opinion FFIX was the best of the FF games thus far. The storyline was well put together for one thing, actually it makes me think of a FFVII storyline that was much easier to understand. Also becoming "god" by the end of the game was much harder to do then in VII or VIII, which ment more challenge.Beyound that there is of course the sidequests which I enjoyed :wtf:

I think FF7 was the best. It had all the essential qualities for greatness and then some, it started the 3D revolutiona and all othrs that followed have merly been a race to produce better graphics at the expense of plot and general gameplay...FF&-RULEZZZ

i have played 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 10-2(regretably), and the demo for 131st place goes to 7 naturaly2nd to 103rd to 94th to 1-4 only because of the graphics lackand 10-2 in 5th i liked the best ending for it BUT it is not worth getting.

FFx was the first game i ever got for my PS2 and it was an excellent choice. Ive played 4,5,6,7,8,X and X-2. But FFX was the best. Im having alot of trouble getting Tidus's Ultimate Weapon: Caldabolg, any tips on how to get the 00:00 time on the Chocobo game?
