FF7 mainly becuase it had a great story line, a good way of leveling your magic summons etc, cloud was a bad a$$ and so was Vincent and Sephirothe, The Limit breaks were awesome, the difficulty was pretty good and there were optional things to do eg gold chocobo weapons etc

Ibeleive that ff x is the best, ten on the ps2 also! so graphically it's superior, also the story is so in depth, and the skill system rocks. There really isn't a downfall for ff x.

FFVII, for the great storyline, FFXII, for the great graphics and new battle system FFX, for great graphics, calming music and great battle & ability system, FFIX, cause of the ability learning system via synthesized weapons, FFVIII for the great storyline, nice graphics and nice extra stuffs to do all over the map. The earlier I mention, the better i think it is. (but of course they're all great

FF8. storyline and that weird system they had with the GFs and stuff were so complex, but that was what made the game so great...but in all honesty i havent played FF7. cant seem to find it

I loved FF6 with Locke and Terra. I liked FFX-2's battle system but not the storyline much.
