FFVII All the way. You can't get anymore bad donkey then sepiroth and come on materia system was the best thing they've ever made.

I would say that my favourite is Final Fantasy Four Advanced because it has good characters, storyline, and easy graphics. I dont like other games that try to make good graphics because it is so hard to see

I would say FF8 but That is my favorite most people tend to scream out FF7 but I liked 8 why because it was the first FF game I really got into

I dont think that ff7 is any good. the game has horrible graphics. I like the story but not the game itself.

My favorite Final Fantasy game has to be 6, it is the first one I have ever played. So naturally I think its the best, its just easy enough to be challenging without being near to impossible, Final fantasy 4 final boss, and final fantasy 5 also pretty difficult. Personally FF6 has the best cast of characters in my mind anyway.

Final Fantasy 7 is the best, it has a great story, its not that hard to play, the game has many secrets, and its a great game...it was one of the best top 10 games in the world, but was repaced by another game...

I can't decide between 4 and 5. 4 was the first one I ever played, and I loved it, but 5 is awesome too, the gameplay is great and I owned Omega at around level 45.

Final Fantasy VII was horrid. It felt like an experiment in 3D graphics (a successful one, though) that one of the coders got their hands into.Favorite Final Fantasy game, though, was Tactics. I just dig the Turn-Based Strategy games that Square used to churn out before it began milking Final Fantasy.

A lot of people like FFVII? Oh gawd no.I chose the "Other" option, since only the numbered Final Fantasy games were included. Final Fantasy Tactics felt deeper than the other games, in how you had to plan for battles and how you had to think through the plot. There were a lot of parallels with Earth's history, and how anyone that went against the rule of the church was instantly corrupt.I loved it.

I honestly hope you aren't talking to me. Final Fantasy VII was far from hard for me. It just plain sucked in my opinion.Do RPGs need any more angsty, spikey-haired steampunk characters? I think we had our fill in Shadowrun, dude. Yeah, and, cutscenes should be left for the plot, not for the spell-casting. Levelable spells were nice and all back when they were done in FFII.I'd like to know if anyone likes the game for anything but the materia system and "OMFG SEPHY" factor, really.I like my RPGs FF-free, thanks!HEY don't disrespect the 2nd best ff game, if it's too hard for you then just dont say anything about it

ff7 but the final boss left something to be desired in terms of difficulty i found ff8 boss hard but ff7 was a breeze

Hmm...FF IX had the most complex story, engrossing characters and fun side quests.. Skills were fun to learn..VII was great too.. just a little too hyper..XII was like a god to revolutionary RPGs... its making its mark to change the series altogether..V was a nutshell to finish.. I loved it......there, yah got my faves.. I like 'em all, but these are my top of the crop.. i guess II was the least (due its weird skill-up system. Thank god they changed it on the PSP version)

I actually liked FFX the best. Most people don't like it that much but I thought it had a good storyline, a fun mini-game in blitzball and I liked the spheregrid concept.
