ff VII was a good game i liked it very much i mean the plot was awsome the battles were good. Another one i liked was 8 their story is very well done and the fighting im not too crazy about. I juss cant wait for FF XIII to come out on ps3 im getting as soon as it comes out

For the longest time my favorite was 7. but i'm really starting to favor 12. i don't know if its just new to me but ive been playing that nonstop now. i'm playing it for the third time through now and i finally opened up the strategy guide for it

tactics advance was really cool and its sweet the 12 is a spin off from it, they would be equal favorits

the best FF game has to be 12 or 11 FF7 is great and all but its old now and it sucks compared to the new ones now

i liked ff8, i thought the junctioning system was a pretty cool idea, and having the chance to do critical damage every hit with the trigger button was cool too.

yeah i love 7 the game is awesome on like 400 different fronts all time best game ever made. NEED to make remake i would buy the ps3 just for a remake of that game chocobo breed yeahfor me 7 then 6... bc i think that cloud is the most interesting main character(if u fully understood his story) of all the final fantasies, and bc of 7's epic plot and storyline... he was a nobody, i guess being a nobody can describe zidane and squall... but they suck... they're not as cool as cloud... well 6 was my second bc i enjoy classics too... after 6 would be 4
when i had 9 it was used and didnt work on 2nd disk but what i played was awesome but 7 is deffeintly the bestIX was definately the best

you never played 7 have you? snes is gay compared to ff7 fo playstation but those really old games are great tooi really feel like i would have to pick 6, (aka 3 for snes).

FF3 is by far the best FF out there. I might change my mind after versus though...we'll see.

I've always felt that with gaming becoming a more mainstream pursuit, as opposed to when I was growing up, new gamers come into the series around FFVII, but seldom take more than a cursory glance at the previous entries in the series sadly (a generalization based upon what I've seen, most people I know that loved VII never played earlier entries) I really preferred FFVI to FFVII myself because they really had mastered the technologies utilized in it's production as opposed to FFVII being made with rather blocky polygons. Exellent stories in both, but personally I found the deeper storyline of VII to be somewhat strange when it touched on a metaphysical level of plot (avoiding spoilers here) wasn't a fan of the plot of advent children either mind you. I know FFVII has a massive fan base, and i don't mean to offend by stating my opinion here.plus, come on guys..MOOGLES

FF7 for me..cloud is my favorite main character of all the FF series..Sephirot as my favorite villain..and Red13 as one of my favorite xtra char.. haha..

id have to say final fantasy 9 casue it had a great storyline and was the last ps1 FF so it had to be good lolz, and i do also like ff7 but not as much

I don't know about just one Final Fantasy.But number 10 and 4-6 take my pick.
