I definitely agree with this, except as someone has almost surely pointed out, it's truly FF6. I really loved the storyline and how it showed each character and his/her reason for traveling and fighting, and also the magic statues and having the main character with such a unique origin, although I won't spoil it for those of you who haven't yet played this awesome game. Its all about ff3 for SNES!

a a a a a a a a a a a a aI've never cared for the main, numbered series, but out of those, I probably found FFVIII to be the least flawed. They just never had the best gameplay, imo. The story constantly intruded on it. I have enjoyed the Crystal Chronicles games, though. The first one on GameCube was highly flawed but fun, and Rings of Fate on DS is great. My Life As a King, although somewhat far removed from being a traditional RPG, is awesome. It's almost like the other side of an RPG that you never get to experience.

aaa a a a a a a a a aDefinitely FF7 because it is a classic and has the most memorable characters.

When you listen characters talking it's like you're watching the movie. It is really enjoyable.
