The New York City secret tape in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2I don't care if that's not really a boss, it was hard (I didn't have any cheats or walkthroughs or anything)

I haven't played many GBA games aside from the Castlevania's, Pokemon, and Fire Emblem.. but out of those, Fomortiis in Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones was easily the most difficult. Even after leveling up insanely high, the only guy on my team who could really hurt him was my Cormag with nearly maxed stats (He just needed LCK and RES) wielding Vidofnir.Then again, I'm sure Ephraim could have mutilated him, but I opted to level Eirika instead since I already had like 6 other characters at 20/20 and didn't feel like bothering with him.

the hardest boss i personally think is the one form golden sun i can't remeber but i don't have trouble on many bosses so i wouldn't know sorry

Final form of Vaati in LoZ : Minish Cap.... I fought with him in a real GBA and I realized that he's tough without a save state.... I died in that part about 35 times...

Dullhan from Golden Sun the Lost Age. I haven't beaten him without summon rushing yet. Djiin Storm is a pain.

Toughest boss for me was final boss in Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It kept spamming its most powerful attack at the very end. Haven't battled Duhallan yet though.

Guren Goura from Summon Night 2 and indeed Dullhan from Golden Sun : The Lost Age... It was pain in ass but i had beaten it ^^ And the prize is worth of the battle Iris rox ;]

Steven in Pokemon Emerald.After defeating the Elite Four, you can find Steven in the cave inside of Meteors Fall.His pokemon are all above level 77. When i challenged him, my highest pokemon is a level 58 Blakizen and he defeated my team easily..I consider him a hard boss

Well i sort of cheated in these games with the Visual Boy's save/load function so i never found anyone hard. Without using save/load there are a lot of hard bosses but i found Cackletta in Mario and Luigi's Superstar Saga the hardest. It requires precise timing to evade the attacks so that's why i rate it the hardest boss i ever played.

the fusion dragon and saturos and merandi from golden sun were pretty damn hard (sry for language)
