In my opinion, the hardest GBA boss there is is very well dr. weil in megaman zero 4. Final boss fight, 2 minutes to destroy him with HUGE HEALTH, it's insanely difficult if you don't have your cyber elf upgraded a good deal... I had mine at level 5. ;_;

Megaman Zero 4 was insanely hard to beat. It annoyed the heck outta me that you couldn't hit Weil sometimes :(Otherwise, with EXskills, most of the bosses were easy.

actually i destroy the games, so the hardest boss would've had to have been Sauron from Lord of the rings, return of the kingEven though it's not that tough of a battle, it's still harder than most others.

D: The Final Boss From Advanced Guardian Heroes. That thing was all kinds of WTF. Especially when all it had was it's crotch and it shot this Crazy Orb Blitzkrieg at you that killed you instantly.

I would say, just about every boss in megaman Zero. I've had that game ever since it came out and I've never beat it because the bosses are so hard.

To me it is the last guy to fight in digimon battle spirit 2 it suck you and drags stones at the same time hurting the character

Metroid Fusion, the conflict with the SA-X in TRO is perhaps the hardest part of a game I've ever played lately.Oh, and not an original one for GBA, but Kefka in FFVI Advance.

The hardest? I'd have to say King Zephiel in the Fire Emblem franchise.... FE6 to be exact. The easiest for me was the boss in the original Final Fantasy. Heck, I just casted a HEAL spell on him, and dealt out 300,000 damage! I killed him in two hits!!! That was the most pathetic fight of my life...

Actually I think the hardest boss is DarkKnight (the dark side of Cecil) from FF IVU can't defeat him with any type of attack and to defeat him you just doing nothing and heal your HP
and to defeat him you just doing nothing and heal your HP
