There are several games that I really like and I don't think I can pick one among Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana 2, Ogre Battle, Tactics Ogre, FF VI (III), FF V, Tales of Phantasia...

Earthbound for sure! That game was so freaking awesome and original in its own way. I've never really seen a game put into those kinds of contemporary times; although the alien is weird I can actually see myself living in those types of cities you went around. Live-A-Live was also really fun. I liked going through the stories of each person, although the fighting system was weird.

I enjoyed Bahamut Lagoon and Star Ocean a lot, as well as FFV and FFVI. Tales of Phantasia was awesome as well.

Chrono Trigger. I haven't played too many SNES games but that one is my favorite. Story is good and the game flows (storyline wise) not too quickly so the game is over really quick but not too slow either to make you bored of it.
Working on Knights in the Nightmare. Going to get around to Rondo of Swords. Hoping to find inspiration for Etrian.

chrono trigger and earthbound. the thing i liked about earthbound was that players guide that was made for it. it was done to look like a travel guide for each town in the game and it was so neat it was the perect guide.

my favorite snes games would have to be earthbound for sure, if you never played an rpg game before this would be a great game to start with, i think it was my frist rpg game i've played when i was younger and it's still a great game, i only wish they came out with newer versions of it for the newer systems, i can only dream.

*bump* :laugh:Earthbound... since it's the ONLY SNES game i manage to reach the final boss and still lose. Plus the sounds you get from collecting the sound stone are so very nice..
