Though I don't really have a prefered favorite, I like all sorts of games for the SNES. The ones I liked most are: Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger, FF6, Earthbound and just recently, I tried my hands at this game called Famicom Tantei Club Part II so now it's also another one of my favorites. It's a really good game for a visual novel/text adventure. The storyline is pretty unpredictable, and just when I thought I got everything figured out in the end, something else happens. It could've probably been the next Phoenix Wright (In terms of popularity) if it had more sequels though. As far as I know, there are only 2 games in the series and the 1st one takes place after part 2, but it's only for the NES and GBA and it hasn't been translated yet.

My favorite Super Nintendo/Famicom game would have to be Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. I mean, let's face it: the game's amazing. The pseudo-3D graphics, amazing and fun battle system, decent story that actually goes along with the Mario universe, and plenty of secrets and cameos. Square did a stupendous job on the game as a whole. At the time, I'd say they showed that a RPG doesn't have to be Final Fantasy for them to make it kick ass!

Gotta vote for Mega Man X. One of the many I emulated on the system, but even more than Final Fantasy III, it sticks out in my head - and was the reason I became so enthusiastic about Mega Man Zero - which held up to it in my eyes.

My favorites are Super Mario World and Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They may also be my favorites, not only on the SNES.

My favs are Earthbound and Super Mario RPG. One thing to make clear though if you say that the graphics suck it doesnt matter all what does matter is the enjoyment of the game its self, ok?

My favorite games for the SNES are Super Mario Brothers, Breath of Fire 1 and 2, Chrono Trigger, and FF3. I remember spending countless hours playing the breath of fire games (mostly fishing), beating my dad to all of the glitches in Super Mario Brothers, getting pwned by Lavos several times in Chrono Trigger, and spending a ton of time playing FF3.

Argh...Chrono Trigger (just flat out awesome) or Battle Clash (I get to shoot off the arms and legs of giant robots ^_^ )It's a tie for me between Chrono Trigger and Battle Clash. Battle Clash is only up there because of the SNES Super Scopeage. Oh, and then theres the Secrets of and the Final Fantasies. Argh, so many good games...but those are the tops.I'm leaning towards the Final Fantasy with Lenna and Galuf and Faris...I can never remember the early FF's numbers because America messed it up so much XD

Probably FF6. It's one of my favorite games in general, even though I played it years after its original release. It's still an incredible game.
