this game rocks, esp if you actually play and dont use the soultrap glitch. Ive never really actually beaten the main quests, but doing the side quests is pretty fun

Morrowind is the greatest game of all time! I've only played through it once and beat all of the expansions, but I'm definately thinking about doing it again. If anybody wants a good spell:Infinite Water BreathingWater Breathing 2 secs on SelfSoultrap on TargetWhen you cast, look at the ground where your feet would be.You can also do this with any Bound armor or weapons (Bound Item for 2 secs on Self; Soultrap on Target). They'll never go away and you can keep them in your inventory as actual items. Plus they're really strong.

I've been trying to get to Grandmaster of every guild for a while now. My character is pretty much unstoppable. I still have to finish the main game and the expansions, as well.

I have played it but i can honestly say i needed to use the mana cheat, health cheat and fatigue cheat, otherwise it'd be so ridiculously hard. However, I have logged many hours on that beauty of a game, my one character almost has max stats.

I onestly think that Morrowind is just the most overrated game for XBox (i think the same thing about Oblivion fo 360). I mean: it's gigantic, it's free-roaming based, it's huge but... where is the style? The character design, for example, is awful imho. And what about the pop up? And the bugs? In any way, i don't think it's really "free roaming", because if you try to go around at the beginning of the game when you're not so strong, you can't last too long...

Morrowind is a cool game, but once you play Oblivion on 360 it makes Morrowind look extremley outdated.

Awesome game, but Oblivion much, much better. Oblivion makes Morrowind look so...so obsolete (for lack of a better term)

Morrowind is a love it or hate it kind of game. I love it and still play it. The game of the year edition has both expansion sets. $20 new or $10 at a pawn shop, it's not hard to find. Once you "beat" the main mission of the game, you can still have fun with the go anywhere/do anything aspects of the game, like becoming a vampire or werewolf on purpose, making up challenges, even defeating the gods you come across in the game. You can make custom weapons, armor, spells, anything. My original character is now a vampire, and I've set a goal of killing every NPC in Morrowind. Got a long way to go!

I LOVE all of the Elder Scrolls games especially Morrowind and Oblivion both of them have fantastic graphics (on their respective consoles) and great open ended story lines there is so much you can do on both it is almost impossible to do everything in one playthrough and it is the replayability of both of these games that makes them special!! :P

i love this game, but it's a little too complicated cuz i don't know how to cook steak or how to get a soul in a soulgem.

traveling is absolutely pain in the donkey and the combat favors melee too much and magic gets left out in the dust and there are way too many bugs. other than that it is one of the best rpgs i ever played

I must have played this game way over 100 hours by now, it's just one of those games you can go back to time and time again.

It's a cool game. I just find it hard to start. Like, with weapons and stuff... Perhaps I'm doing it wrong. I usually get into this game when I beat all my other games first.

I like it for the idea, but it seems more sensible if the company that made it put a complimentary notebook in the game's case. Like other people said, waaaaay too much information to deal with. For me, at least. I joined some guild, Hlahluu or something, did a mission, etc etc. By the time I finished one, I had at least 4 or 5 major things to do. I didn't even play for very long!I reiterate: Good idea, but not for me. There was too much to read, too, even if most of the NPC's in a city regurgitated the same thing over and over.
