Sega? In a flash! I was nothing but DOWN for the Dreamcast, that had great games, smooth play and very very decent graphics! YES.

I don't understand why do ppl say "uh, I wouldn't buy it 'cause sega sucks", or "Sega is dead, so I won't buy a dreamcast".Damn, when you buy a Dreamcast, you are NOT buying shares of Sega, you are just buying a console!!!ANYWAY, I already have a GG, and I have 100 games for it, including the three Shining Force games (year, they are in japanese, but I don't mind, they are great nonetheless), and I love it! I like it better than my Game Boy Advance!!

I've liked all of the previous Sega systems but there would have to be good games for the system a.k.a. another Sonic (even if its just Adventure 2 Battle with different levels).

Yes, I would buy something new if it came from sega. Their old games were my favorite when I was little.

Yes, if I did not have one already, unless it is a new model of what I got, then I'd buy it.

I wouldn't because I'm sure SEGA has contracts with other companies, so the games they make for a new console will probabily be available for the other consoles, and most people are reluctant to buy a sega product again, Genesis... FailureGameGear... FailureSegaCD... FailureSaturn... FailureDreamcast... FailureYou can only be so confident in a company, but when they produce crap, more and more of their future products will be crap! They knew it, by pulling out of the console business and stuck with development, trust me, I prefer some Sega Sport Games over EA, or Activision

The genesis wasn't a failure. In fact, when sonic the hedgehog first appeared on the genesis, the genesis was way ahead in the great console war with nintendo. Not even when Donkey kong country came out was able to beat sega. Sega only had to beat itself when they designed the 32X Which they have just released with only 40 games within the months after it was released and before the saturn came around. The reason why everone felt peeved off by sega when they have released the 32X was that they released it after announcing that the sega saturn will be released in 6 months. Sega cd might not have gotten it's share of attention in US shores, but it was percieved well by japanese gamers thanks to it's large library of RPGs. Sega saturn... well you might be right about this as they had pulled out before they could even fight when the N64 came out.The dream cast is no failure. Sure they have plugged out when the PS2 came out and stopped making dreamcasts and their games. But it was in japan that the dreamcast continues on to strive as it had only stopped making games for the dream cast... only just this YEAR, 2007. It's all because of it's well known online capabilities (And was the first console to do it right) and it's many fan based in japan that it had continued to live while the whole world thinks that the dreamcast has already bite the dust.Without talking about how sonic in 3-D games has become trashy. I'm willing to buy a new sega console if it would make games as innovative as the games in the genesis.

It depends, if it offers me a new gaming experience (just like Wii) i will buy it. But if no, I won't expend my money on that.

Absolutely not the last systems were a waste of time and money the only games i enjoyed for more that two minutes were battletoads and sonic. More games like that would be a good move for sega.

Depends on where it would stand on the market If Sega were ever to become a first party company again and take a drastic step with current hardware to make something innovative and fresh like the Wii...then yes, definitley.

That'd be cool, but if I will buy any console besides my Wii, then it'd be a 360.
