Listen, you guys are leaving out the fact that it is not the stats of the character but the level of wiseness. Auron has wisdom, sure, but he's dead. He should know a lot because he has experienced the whole journey before. Kimahri says little but makes powerful phrases that makes sense. I say Kimahri.

Wakka, funny as hell.Lulu, sassy one.Tidus, because there are two schools on pronouncing his name (tie-dus or tee'd-donkey?)Yuna, because she's the only one left before...Kimahri, hell if I ever used him.Kimahri is the most underdeveloped character out of all of them, but thats not saying much. Only Tidus has that much story. Why did Kimahri decide to become a guardian again? I forget.

Auron = the biggest FF badass since Barrett. You know it's true. Unless you thought that goofy knight Steiner from FF9 was cool. Then you should probably seek some professional help.

I believe that Yuna may be the best character in FFX. She has so much mana with white magic and black magic. Only side effect is that she can't fight

reputaion whise, tidus, because pretty much everyone i know, even if they havent played the game, knows who tidus is. but the collest has to be yuna or rikku.

well it seems that the general response seems to be auron, i should have guessed.... personaly i kind of like everyone becuase thats what made the story so great(actualy have character development) but in the end it goes to tidus for me because of the fact that he drove yuna to the point of being crazzy and obsessed in x-2 without even actually being there
