it would probably suck to be honest. most video game movies do after all.

We do have red vs blue which uses Halo as it's setting. It's also really really funny. they're always cursing each other and getting into strange situations

Vin Deisel of someone like that would probably play master chief although it would be kind of funny to see most people in the master chief uniform. FYI have you all checked out he nightmare armor. www.nightmarearmor.com those guys would probably get hired to make th costumes for the movie if there ever was one.b1ack_0ps

halo would make a wierd movie...especially when theyre probably gonna spend a huge amount of money on costumes and special effects

You have a point they could spend all the money in the world they wanted but it really wouldn't have much of a storyline seeing as you never get to know much about the main character of the game/movie master chief. He's kinda a dark personality kinda guy. Hopefully in Halo 2 more will be revealed about him.

I think Bungie already has someone making one already, a master Cheif suit that isFYI have you all checked out he nightmare armor. www.nightmarearmor.com those guys would probably get hired to make th costumes for the movie if there ever was one.

It might be those guys and it might not be, I'm not sure either. I saw them on g4 tv the other day and checked their site out. The storyline was alright, but not great enough to be a movie.IMO the best game to movie would be Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. That game has one of the best stories ever. PS: i'm not a star wars fan.PSS: I heard they're making a Metroid movie, and it's with people, not animated.

They already have a Star Wars movie base as I'm sure you know. I look for Mr. Lucas to continue the series long after the Star Wars 3 movie is released. He won't let that big of a money maker go. I had already posted the link to NightmareArmor above seeing that it is a good product they have. A bit overpriced but a good product none the less. A metroid movie may be decent depends on how they play it and how real they make everything look and who they get to play Samus. Hmm.. so many possibilities...._0ps

Taking the storyline straight from the game wouldn't make a very good movie. If they made a movie that had a more detailed and in depth plot there is a possibility of it being decent.

they could make some funny SHOWS out of it but not a movie the story line has been done before way to many times and prolly wouldnt get much recognition

I think the best video game movie, would be a Metal Gear Solid movie. Solid snake could be played by Hugh Jackman or Colin Farrell.

i dont htink its a bad idea. but it will probably be quite inaccurate and change certain concepts of the game since it is realesed to the unknowing public.

Game=Good Movie=Good(depending on how 'good' it is.) Movie based off game= Pure evil. This is exactly a chain of entertainment.
