I think the movie would be awsome. But then again they can mess up the whole series by ruing the ending. They should just make halo 3 and end the series, and then make a movie.

Just to see a live action Master Chief costume will be worth the price for me. I can't wait to see how they will make the different covenant races.I hope they add to the storyline too!

It most likely wont be live action, it will be CG like FF7:AC...Just to see a live action Master Chief costume will be worth the price for me. I can't wait to see how they will make the different covenant races.I hope they add to the storyline too!

Peter Jackson people!! And Weta workshop!The people that brought you Lord of the Rings are working on this movie.Them or possibly Dreamworks are the only people I can think of that could possibly do this movie correctly. I think it will be good.

I was skeptical at first, but then after they announced the production team, I was convinced. Peter Jackson's vison brought Lord of the Rings to a whole new level, and i am confident he will do the same with Halo. WETA will pull off some sweet*ss weapons for master chief to use.

Nah, I don't think so! Yeah, so basically it was one of the best multiplayer shooter games of all time...but most people only played it because of its multiplayer capabilities. I am personally included on that list. The one reason why the movie would suck, is because the storyline in the game was bogus and retarded. I am sure that there are PLENTY of people that would disagree over that with me....but in all honesty that movie wouldn't get a penny out of me!

Of course everyone was scared about a HALO movie. It's things like this that could make or break a franchise. But with Peter Jackson as the director, it's looking good for Bungie.

what??! Resident Evil movie was good!!..but anyways, the storyline in halo 2 really dragged for me, so im not sure whether or not it will bring down Halo,but i think it'll be interesting on how they gona pull it off!

I think halo movie would be cool since theres alot of back story in it thats not told in the game. I mean if there able to make 3 novels out of the game then there should be a pretty long movie.

Nobody is actually sure what timeline the movie will take place in, halo, halo 2, pre or in between. If they made a movie based on the games, it would be cool, but there would be no surprises or extra information learned from them. They could base them off the books (Halo: fall of reach, Halo: the flood, and Halo: First Strike) at least those, we haven't seen in some visual form or another.
