RPG forever..not point playing other genre...if so i might as well play the console...its rpg that make gba worthwhile.

for the GBA its prolly rpg'sI dont think it has the power to pull off really good action games.(if you're gunna get an rpg,get Golden Sun 1 & 2)

I'll take action rpg's. A good action rpg can feed nearly every genre lover. The genre has a game for everyone. It can combine the button mashing, strategy, the "grind", and can have a storyline to go with it. Button mashing being obvious with it having that action bit; strategy can be involved in terms of items and skills etc (somewhat like FFXII, though thats closer to an RPG); grinds are kept around in most games in 1 form or another (KH has exp, DMC has those red orb things, some series you only level up your weapons[Dark Cloud, Summon Nights]); as for story, most people will agree in saying that KH has a phenominal storyline. In conclusion, I win.

the point of gba games are rpgs. all other genres are meant to fit into computer games, ps games and such.

I voted RPG thinking it wouldn't be that popular of a choice, but I like them a lot... and then.. WHAMMO.. 200+ votes for RPG.. while every other has less than 10!! I was shocked.

I am partial to RPGs for the depth of play and length of game but for pure pick up and play fun I love my Schmups.I think Castle of Shikigami is my current fav. Not the overated Ikaruga!

My Favourite Type is those games where you walk around talking and then battling because they are just so fun cause you are thinking "OK, what do I do next?" or if you are in a hard battle against some big boss. So in facct RPG is also like an adventure game but it IS SO FUN

(MMO)RPG's are simply the best,FPS's are good too though.but why,WHY did you put yugioh in the list too?The games that I played from it are crap,pure crap.Oh btw,yugioh is a rpg,not a good one but still.. might add race games or platform,...and action isn't a real genre either, action is put with a genre like Action RPG

To me, the RPG genre is getting old and tired, mostly because it's always medieval crap. If they'd release an RPG for say, Star Trek or Star Wars (This time they could base it off of SWRPG and not D&D!)...I'd be a happy camper. Adventure games have the greatest appeal for me because they're usually a little of everything - fighting, RPG, racing, sidescroll murder. But that's just the way I feel. Edit: Oh, wait. Just remembered KotOR. It's okay. But...I'd prefer Trek. And I still prefer 3rd person constant view.

I like RPG the most..btw,why did you put as example FF7 and not just FF,they are all RPG's,same with GT,NFS,MGSand with shooters you can say Unreal (tournament),Quake,Half-Life,...
