I liked most of the options but voted Devil May Cry because the games are awsome and totaly radical. They contain a good mix of both RPG elements and action (e.g killing, violence), that means you get a good gaming experience on a modern console.

Mixed because rpg's are fun, but with a long timeline I'll get bored with them. Some action is good, and strategy too...

hack and slash man hack an slash dw sw drakengard all saving graces to someone like me running around killing everyone in sight just seems to be fun to me going up against unbelievable odd and still coming out on top or maybe i'm just a lil crazy

I am not picky about genre and indeed do not consider myself to even have a favourate.Yet I voted for RPG's since they're generally consistant in what I look for in a game- fantastical, enjoyable with a hefty and hopefully well written story and sufficient lifespan to warrant their pricetag.

Yep. I love 'dem RPGs!! I'm glad the great majority is on my side with this one. Rpgs are just so much fun (especially leveling up. I love to get insanely powerful. In FF8, I managed (in 6 or 7 or so hours) to level Squall up to level 81 before attempting the SeeD exam 
. The training centre made that VERY easy to do. He eventually could take out T-Rex by himself rather easily.

My fav games consist of the FF series, GTA, Hunting games, WWE Smackdown:HTCP, Legacy of Kain, and others.

i prefer side scrollers or rpgs or racers. i cant pick. but i hate sports games just play football. don't waste money to a sport you can play anytime

I never used to be a big gamer until Kingdom Hearts came out, and ever since that I've been trying to find other RPG's as good as that...so I'd say RPG's, but I love platformer and puzzle games aswell...on a Sunday afternoon when there's nuttin to do...ah...

Rpg I guess, I just think it has the greatest replay value, and the gameplay is better
