I woldnt say that as im working on a sig and have been since it started, just gotta work out a few creases before I submit it lol.And maybe other people are just doin the same and working on ideas still.

SOTW 15's infested with ppl who don't read rules. Wuzzup wit that? Y'know, it would be cool to apply a feature in the boards that says "you can't join until you read the rules", and in the rules, the true link to "I agree to these rules" hidden in a dot.Something like: "DO you agree? Yes (False link) No (Cancel).Rules: blah blah......if you read the rules, you would know by now that the "I agree" link is in this dot ."Something like that. Tricky and complicated, but guarantees the mods to read the rules.

Yes, that's one reason why I wouldn't make him a judge. He doesn'tseem very communicative. He just comes here because he can ownmost other gfxers without much effort, boosting his self-confidence.

The first time i heard dreamon was from gamerenders, he made a tutorial, my adding a lensflare then smudging it, and adding things to the bg, his yoda sig was pwnage.

It'd make the most sense if you gave it to an existing SOTW judge, so yeah, mrcn seems to be the most logical choice.Not sure if Duce is a judge or what, after his... incident.
