The best Mario was a tie between Super Mario 3 and Mario 64. Mario 3 was a fun game to play and had a lot to do and Mario 64 innovated the great 3D platformer.

i liked the one a few years ago, the 3D in the N64 even though the last time i played with it was roughly 6 years ago.

I LOVE ALL CLASSIC MARIO!!! I have my SNES hooked up at this current moment and even after all these years I can throw down on all three of the NES Marios and the Super Mario World. Some times people have to just enjoy the simple things in life!!!Any one who likes the classic mario games the "jumping around ones"?<NOT THE RPG>

The best classic Mario i liked was the one on the SNES which is Super Mario All-Stars. I loved Super Mario Bros. 3!!!

I like the classic ones most. Super Mario Bros. series on the NES is my favorites. I have got the Super Mario Allstars + Super Mario World edition of SNES BOXED! God, this is good!

Mario kicks sonics butt! I rember first seeing mario 3 in the 80s film with fred savage the wizard and the main character had apower glove!

mario 64 was ze best i played that so many times when i was little and it took me so long to finishand i went and played it (nd fnihsed it) the other day i cant believe games were so hard back then lol i dont think ive ever known anyone who doesnt like mario games

I love them.Shigeru Miyamoto practically created the genre with the Mario games.Can't wait for 'Super Mario Galaxy' on the Wii. Looks amazing.

I have the NES version for the GBAIt gets repetative and boring really fast.I wish i never baught a GameBoy SP =[
