i am voting for halo. i mena it is a great game and metroid prim not as many guns and functions. Halo is all about the guns and machines. that gives u perfect funtability with the phrase "kill". So halo has my vote all the way

halo is much better because of its online play but if metreoid went online in a system other than the ds it would be neck andneck for the two

seriously.. the topic of metroid vs halo. halo wins hands down. why you may ask?one word.. multiplayer.what were they thinking releasing a new metroid without multiplayer? the wii is a multiplayer console! halo wins without a fight. and if you're playing halo by yourself.. get the internet.

I would have to go with Halo. MP is a good game, but theres just something about Halo that I like.

Well, as cool as Halo is, Metroid is so much more immersive. Halo does have amazing multiplayer but its campaign mode pretty much sucks.

I prefer Halo just cuase of the graphiques story line and better AIs thoguht I think bungie was stupid for taking the assualt rifle out plus theres no heart to metroid prime your just another voiceless,faceless person in a magic suit of armor(at least the MC has a voice)plus there is no dialogue in metroid prime exept for the traditional ugghh which makes her sound like shes having sex

i'm a fan of metroid since i've been playing that game in my snes since like way back. but halo is really nice. so i can't say =P

Since both games are, at the VERY least, decent, how about we channel it down to a character contest? Samus vs. Master Chief...Samus wins I think. Besides, I think she wins against him ALL THE TIME on those gamefaqs character fight poll thingies.
