i dont think you can really compare these they are two great games halo has muti player and metroid has story mode

I have only played the Halo trilogy up to 2 and while im better at it than i am at metroid i still like Metroid more because it's not as easily beaten in one day.

I say metroid. I think Halo is overrated, its not bad, its just people get obsessed with it. I like Samus and the Metroid plot line better too.

not really sure, while halo is overrated, its still a great game...i agree with your point tho

I don't really like either series honestly, but Halo has really fun multiplayer so it gets my vote.

I voted for Halo, but cant play those type of games any more as i suffer from motion sickness. need to take travel tablets before i play that type of game again.

METROID!! Its a timeless classic. Gameplay between these two are nothing alike...at all! Except that the two main characters wear armor, and even then Samus is better...because she has tits:)

They rean't really similar in any way what so ever.That said. Metroid, and it's not even close.

I think it's wrong to compare Metroid and Halo, because even though they're both futuristic FPs, they're still totally different.Anyhow, I voted Metroid, because it's a classic Nintendo game, and because Halo 3's for the 360 <.<And I don't like the 360, since it's the same as the Xbox, just a tad better. The Wii's loads better than the GC ^^ and any other console, btw, since it's original. :3But Halo has an epic story.... But Metroid has an interesting story! D:I actually find it hard to vote if I compare Metroid Prime 1, 2 with Halo 1, 2, but well...It just comes down to: I vote Metroid.

Metroid would obviously be better. Comparing the first metroid to the first halo however, is simply horrific, because halo has it's roots based off FPS games that came after. Meanwhile Metroid started with pretty much nothing other than platforming roots to base itself off of, so from there on in Metroid is already more original. Besides, Halo is far too overrated, and the community in online is horrific to begin with.

Halo. Tons of guns. Metroid. One gun. Answer's right there for ya.

Halo. Tons of teenagers on online mode screaming obscenities whenever they lose and at anyone they get to kill. Metroid, and if you've ever played metroid, you DO get more than one gun, and it has a very good storyline, and better gameplay. Besides, Halo has several guns that are useless compared to a few that several people are going to have anyway. No point in having so many weapons if they're useless. Look at Final Fantasy Tactics. Maybe 5 classes were a MUST-HAVE, meanwhile almost all the rest were useless.
