My favourites are (in descending order): Swauresoft/SquareEnix (RPG masters.), Nintendo (masters of pretty much everything that they do, less so RPGs and strategy), Blizzard (masters of strategy games) and Rare (I just like their cute and unique games).

My favorite game developers are Bungie and Microsoft i am really fond of the Halo games that they made.

Nintendo is awesome. Mario + Pokemon= WIN!Sega with Sonic... awesome.Dimps made the engine for Dragonball Z: Budokai 1/2/3 which is why they're awesome.

Square Enix makes the best RPG games! Sega is not bad either.. but Square Enix definitely wins!

The entire Rockstar family. (Vancouver not shown. They have a green logo) Probably some of the best developers ever. All of their games have impeccable execution, compensating for any and all flaws there may be and they've always left me satisfied. I can't think of any games they've made that I can call bad, especially their magnum opus Grand Theft Auto and the great racing franchise Midnight Club (read the sig

Rare. The geniuses behind the Donkey Kong series. Let's not forget Perfect Dark, Banjo-Kazooie, Jet Force Gemini, and Conker's Bad Fur Day, and the groundbreaking Goldeneye 007. They've come a long way in their 22-year timeline, and that timeline is dotted with true classics. With the recent release of the Conker remake for the Xbox, it will be truly awarding to see what the future holds for them. I don't think I'll ever forgive them for ditching Nintendo for Xbox, though.

Nintendo, because they made a chubby plumber a billion dollar franchise, square-enix, because they decide when the next FF comes out, nippon ichi, because they gave me a valid reason to say something of mine was over 9000, and rare, because even though I hate them now on the outside, on the inside I love them and want to go play through goldeneye and its sequel in spirit (shut up, yes it is) perfect dark again.

I used to like Rockstar, but GTA IV was such a borefest that I've jumped ship to Volition--the developers of Saints Row and Red Faction: Guerilla. Now there's some real fun.

Half-Life 2 was the most earnest contribution to art I've seen yet in video game form and that has led me to believe in gaming's artistic potential. My favorite developers are Blizzard, Square Enix, and MicrosoftBlizzard is cool because of its RTS gamesSquare enix makes really nice RPG's in my mindMicrosoft has the very strong drive to develop powerful games (graphics wise)
