Love it. Not a waste of time. Well I learnt alot off it like strategic things. (it helped me in chess lol). But oh wells my friend says its too confusing.

Final Fanasty has always been good since Ninetendo first brought forth 
the next Final Fanstay going to be a good one also, but I'm not betting on getting right away. FFX took awhile because of the reservations. The Tales of Symphia is next in great games....but all time best game for RPG is definately Final Fanasty. Squaresoft is going strong even after the movie.

I've played almost all of them except the ones that come out on PS2 since I don't have the money to buy the console T_T. But they have been my favorite since I played FF7 =) So I'd say it's not a good RPG, but it's an EXTRAORDINARY RPG

I thought That the idea of Final Fantasy was great, Yet I had a few issues with it. The Fact is that the games while interesting started to lose some to most of the intersting plot as the games went on till they made the new ones.

Very Good RPG even though i have only Finshed One of them, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.FF9 is my Fave of them.

Final Fantasy is awesome...how could anyone not think so?Ive finished FFV, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2 (Horrible), and Tactics........if u dont like the FF series and only played Crystal Chronicles or FFX-2, dont judge the series based on those disgraces to the FF series.

Always the best...since the times in the snes it was good and then they brought out FFX-2...i'm jus expectant about the next 1...

Ah, Final Fantasy. Time-honored classic. Although I must say the first was boring, it's gone (mostly) uphill from there. There were only a few that I didn't like, but most were amazing. And even though everyone seems to have a bone to pick with X-2, I had fun with it. Storyline, eh, kinda iffy, yes, but sitll... the whole 100% thing was FAR beyond what I expected of a game with 3 characters and the dressphere system. I enjoyed having to work at getting EVERYTHING, and the garment grids were fun to collect, as well. I also liked doing the new game + and mastering all the dresspheres. Not to mention Tidus coming back (even if he was a bit whiny at the beginning of X), which, even if he was only a dream, made my day. That's my 2 cents for now, bye.

FF is awsome no doubt about it, I mean look at what square can do on the DS, FF III. It looks awesome, almost as good as psp graphics.

I think FF is probably one of the best rpgs of all time. But a lot of people seem to look for every bad thing in a game and say the game sucks!! JUST BECAUSE YOUR FAVORITE GAME IS DOING BAD DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD BLAME OTHER GAMES!! But now im off subject. FF is a game series thats been going on for a long time with many great games such as the original, and FF7 (which im pissed off at the fact that many years after the game is released square decides to make a movie, a new game, a remake, a anime series, and a game for your cellphone all based on it) Sure there were bad games in the series such as FF Crystal Chronicles and the perverted, stupid, and otherwise pointless FF X-2 but the game is still going good with the new ds version and FF XII to look forward too. Im waiting to see how long this series will last, which im sure will be for a long long time.P.S. The movie in my opinion was kick donkey even if it defied every law of gravity and didnt have enough of those extremely fast and awesome fight scenes. Reno is #1!!!

Let's just say that there's a reason that the Final Fantasy games are so good. I've played FF1, FF2, FF4, FF5, FF7,FF8, FF9, FFX, FFX-2 (Don't play that one), FF Tactics (Playstation) and FF Tactics Advance.(GBA)The first RPG game I ever played was Final Fantasy 4 (Which was called Final Fantasy 2 in the U.S.). From then on, I was hooked on all of them.Most of them have unbelievable story lines and plots that get you hooked in a matter of minutes. Play one sometime and you'll find out. I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new Final Fantasy game.The only Final Fantasy game I ever hated was FFX-2. That was the worst disappointment that Sony ever turned out. Stay away from that.I'm also waiting to find the movie in my area. I've been dying to see that for a very, VERY long time.

I've played many of the Final Fantasy games. They're pretty good for the most part, but it seems as though they can be rather repetetive. I've played Origins (I and II on PS2), II (for SNES), IV (II remake), VII (I think it's actually overrated), IX, X, X-2, Tactics, Tactics Advance, Chrono Cross, and Chrono Trigger.

FF is THE BEST RPG maybe......if it werent for the time in battle mode i like turns not timing..even if it does give you turns...

How can some of you not like FF? Its one of the only games that has spawned a good movie, not Spirits Within, that was bad cos it wasn't really an FF, but Advent Children rocked! Not saying anything about it, cos some of youse haven't seen it. I live in Aus, and I got it, yay! anyway, graphics aside, cos RPGs don't usually have the best graphics. It rocks. Good characters, good story, skills galore, challenging bits(don't mention ff8, that was bad, there was no challenge) Its got an anime series, which ain't too bad.FF has everything an RPG could ask for.

That 20 minutes you said you "wasted" were the only 20 minutes that you played a good game. If you say FF don't worth your time then keep going and stop playing games.i dont like final fantasy i wasted 20 minutes of my life playing it

You know what? All video games are a waste of time.Final Fantasy just wastes MORE of your time on average than other games.
