I really like this game, like its friggin awesome, but after your favorite characters die for good, you get a little disheartened. WARNING: If you're going somewhere without a judge, don't friggin die!...It's a cool game though...

I prefer Tatics over Tatics Ogre, and it even isn't because f the graphics. Its the game itself.

I like Final Fantasy, especially the tactics series... I love to build up my strategic mind up when it comes to those games.The others.... Well.. their battle system is kind of repetitive in a way (taking turns) but Kingdom Hearts gives you the adrenaline rush when it comes to hard bosses.

Of all the Final Fantasy games, I like the Tactics versions the most. FFTA improved on FFT (for the PSX) in some ways, but failed in others.FFTA Pros
- Dumped the Brave / Faith system
- New classes
- Armor adds to defense instead of HP
- Completing all aspects of the game takes an incredibly long time
- AI makes stupid decisions (use a bow to attack a character with Block Arrows)
- Magic regenerates every round
- Laws throughout the game
- Poor storyline
- Magic misses as often as physical attacks
- Limited number of total characters in a battle
- No 3D rotateable map (understandable, but still a con)
- Some classes went missing
- I can't decide whether I like class-based or equipment-based ability learning better

Kingdom Hearts all the way! The series are linked. The storyline is superb. Graphic wise, FF, go get 'em!

I LOVE FINAL FANTASY TACTICS ADVANCE !!!it's the best strategy game ever created !!I've been playing it over and over, but it never bores out.I would rate it 12 out of 10 !!

I was never able to get into the PSX game, but this one was alright. I liked Fire Emblem and Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis a lot better, though. The stories in those two were really melancholy and serious, but the games were very atmospheric and pulled you into the story.

FFTA is cool, I didn't finish it on 100% because I got kinda tired, but still... on those moments of boredom FFTA is an option.... it's a pity I can't find PSX version

I agree with you too. I know for some people FF tactis is boring because the story is tooooooooooo long and sometimes i get bored too.Edit: Official thread designated...all other related threads will be closed.In my opinion Final Fantasy is the best RPG around but some people don't think so.
