I like basically all Castlevanias. I cannot really chose the top one. The thing I miss is Alucard as a playable character. I want Alaucard.

Harmony is pretty cathching. At least it was for me. I simply enjoyed exploring of both castles and the graphics were cool.

Aria of Sorrow, most definately. CotM was great, but was infamous for having really dark locations back when it was released. Of course Konami tried to fix this in HoD, and they did, at the sacrifice of having the worst soundwork of the three (by a landslide) and terrible sprite animations. Don't get me wrong, I still love all three... however, Aria of Sorrow took a look back at the first two entries and made some major improvements plus different weapon styles depending on how you wanted to play.

Aria of Sorrow. Call me shallow, but the graphics were beautiful. I also like the soul system much more than the spell system.
