This happens to me a lot. I've play Star Ocean:Till the End of Time and Dragon Quest VIII. I've never finished them. Eventually I'll get off my lazy behind and finish them. I finished all the Final Fantasys though, so I would feel accomplished.

I finish my games, but not 100% though. :PLike FFX-2, there's that super omega powerful demon under this desert...I remember in KH2, Sephiroth was stronger than Xemnas. Took me a long time of grinding levels (I think up to 70+!) in order to beat him.

It's a common thing with me, and attributed to one of two primary reasons. Either (a) I find a new game to be interested in and lose interest in the current one, or (b) I play the game way too much in a short period of time and find myself burned out and no longer enjoying it. It's funny how the burnt-out feeling can swoop in so quickly, but it's probably because I'm so overtaken by the game that it's almost a shock when I finally realize I no longer want to play it.

I seem to always start a game and not finish it because get interested in a new game, the game sucks (Like mario kart wii), or school work gets too intense and I forget what's going on after coming back

depends on what you mean with finishing, i ussualy finish the story line but stop afterward, so games like pokemon and some mario games i never realy finish, some other games i usualy finish later after taking a break if i'm tired of them.

Mostly the Pokemon games. I get past the first gym and find out that my Pokemon are 10 lvls under the minimum for the next gym. leveling up should not take so long!

There are actually a lot of games that I end off not finishing, finishing after I restart or just get bored of. Two examples of games that I bored of playing a second time or going back to get everything: The World Ends With You and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time. I never got a complete Pin Collection in TWEWY, which I grow tired of searching. With Pokemon, I restarted it because I wanted to see what it would be like as a different pokemon. Then I got bored because the storyline wasn't as interesting anymore because I has already gone through it. Then with LittleBigPanet, though I didn't get bored with the game itself, I never completed the last world because it was tiresome.

Most of them are RPG games for me. Most of them get repetitive since you have to grind and keep on leveling up. Unless the storyline is good enough to keep me intrigued, I will not finish it.

All the time. Seriously.I start off with games like Harvest Moon and wind into tactical games such as Disgaea and then cycle into rhythm games which have anime songs. In an entire span of two hours. I think it's because I have an attention span of a mosquito. e___eAt least it's nice knowing that there are others like me.

Oh yes, I certainly have done this several times. The most recent time I did this was when I was playing the Indiana Jones game for the PS2. After getting halfway through the game (I think), I just reset the PS2, and replaced Indy with Resident Evil 4. Then, after getting through the Garden Maze, I again reset the PS2, and put in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Ultimate Alliance I actually played through until the end.

Yeah, I have done that at times. But if the game's got me addicted, normally I would try to finish it till the end of the game. Yet if I got a new game while playing it in the middle...haha.I stopped playing Etrian Odyssey because I kept dying, and now I'm trying to play it again. I have gotten way farther then I had before, which makes me happy. :(I've finished all the Ace Attorney games, Time Hollow, Lux-pain, Megaman Starforce 1 and 2 (never finished 3.), and others that I'm too lazy to recall.
