i got that game the first day it came out and man it is one bichin game. The story the battle system the graphics all get a 10 in my book! 
It is a two disc game and it took me about 50 hours to beat. but one thing that does suck about it is there isn't that many anime style movie seens like pepole said there is, and there is ALOT of talking so dont get it if your really inpatient.

I got it a while back.. About 50 hours in.. I really enjoy it.. But like Pojo said. Lots of reading.. lots of text too... Its a really detailed game.. lots of goin back and forth in the game too... Lots of opportunity for replay value when you finish it.. I haven't yet.. heh

true, i'm about 80 hours into it, about to fight the last master. Right now I'm tryin to get figurines and other sidequests. I'm surprised such a big game, with 2 disks only takes up 3 slots on the memory card....

The game is really good, it has A LOT of side quests, and it's 4 player. The only thing that disapointed me was that i thought there was going to be more animated scenes, I only remember seeing 2 (not counting the intro).

I was really looking forward to is anime cutscenes, and when i saw the whole intro before i started the game i was so hyped up, and the first animer cutscene you actually see is near the end of the first disk, and you don't see any anime cutscenes with any actual characters till the end of the game, and even then it's only 2 of them!The game is really good, it has A LOT of side quests, and it's 4 player. yeah I know what you mean about the lack of anime cut scenes. but the last one is quite long. and after you beat the game you can tranfer some stuff frome you old game to a new one whith the grade you collected, so start fighting well.

is it just me that like games that actually uses ingame character beside some fmv/anime cutscenes? I like games where I play, not watch (so no xenosaga for me)

Yes it might be the best game on the Cude at the moment be i still havent played Pikmin 2 or Animal Crossing. Need to get a job Well the only thing i didnt like about ToS wasnt enough animetion. I couldnt get enough of the intro it was superb. But it didnt really damage the game but it would have been nice thou.

i've been wanting this game for ages!the release date is fast approaching, but i'm not nearly as hyped as i was when the american release date was approaching, my eyes have swayed towards baten kaitos. nevertheless i still think it'll be an awesome game and i've heard very little that is bad about the game. can't wait
