well i used to love it then i stopped playingand now i cant be bothered to play because i think it is really boringalthough im very rich and like lvl 60+ it bores mebut every so often i have a phase where i play itusually in the holidays when there is nothing to do

I think that Runescape is a horrible game. It doesn't help that the game is an MMORPG made in Java either.

I used to play it when it was just created (around early 2001 I believe), it was ok for the time, though back then it didn't even have functions like banks...I quite a long time ago though.

Ugh my 18 year old brother plays it way to muchim more into the FPS genre...MMO's kinda annoy me cos most of them have online fee'sGuild wars is alright thouCept i wish you could get a higher lvl than 20 >_>and when you do there are no stats which can make u better than other peopleyou just go ability hunting for ages....Runescape is alright in the sense that it has a wide range of things to do.But if you ever want to be the overall best you got to beat zezimum and his 800million explol...my bros character probably only has 20mil and its level 102

If you play Runescape what do you do for the hours you spend playing it? It can be anything from PK'ing on your pure, training, doing that new quest that just came out, chatting in Falador or Varrock, trading, woodcutting, showing off all your riches, ranging, killing steel dragons, fishing at the guild, building your house, playing pest control, the fight arena, getting your mage up at the mage guild or dueling at the arena! That's all I could think of at the moment so be creative and offer your time killing solution!Myself I enjoy collecting herbs at the druid tower

Well i dont play anymore but when i did play I would do this as a plan to get moneyFirst i make a character and train him to like lvl 30 and make sure he has about 2k goldThen i make a new character and transfer the gold to that character.Then i send the new character to the Varrok rune shop and buys all the death runes he can with the money.Then i send it to world one to sell the death runes for 300 each making about 70g more then what he bought them forI then repeat the process over and over and i get more the 2 mil. in about 3 hoursSend the gold back to the lvl 30 or so and get awsome armor weapons and cool stuff then fly through the gameHoped this helped for people who wanted to get money!

I just buy 1k yews and 1k BS and then I fletch yew longs and string then I goto forums and sell for 600k... As you get more money start buying 2k yews and 2k bs to give u more money at 1 time.....

Money making strategies are also appreciated.Selling unidentified herbs is a great way to make money if you are a member, druids can drop 1-2 herbs per kill and have a very good percentage to drop them. If your able to identify Ranarr's they sell for 7k each and they really start to add up if you get a lot.

It's fairly good for skilling/leveling, but horrible for graphics and community, unless you like thousands of 11 year olds trying to talk bad/cool. I used to play I had a lvl 98 account (Which after I quit gave to my friend who got it banned with by maccroing) Now I play WoW and Guild Wars. So I suppose Runescape is like a gateway MMORPG that leads you onto better ones.And actually my friend has made like 200 dollars in real life from it. He like buys and sells accounts and items, which is strictly against the rules of Runescape, but people do it anyways. Castle wars! that or pest control, started as just seeing was RS minigames were like... and i got hooked, other than that, collecting and selling unidentified herbs from the chaos druids.

runescape is bad for youtoo much repetitivenessgo play CS 1.6you can get a Non-Steam version for freeand its much more funor you could go buy some other RPG like Guild Wars which is free to play online

It was alright for a while, but when it just became all about fighting the same monsters over and over again, it just got boring, maybe its better if you have a group of friends with you.Its not a horrible game, but people can do much better.
