I think Monster Hunter Freedom is the best RPG for PSP. Its really good.

FF tactics is awesome! It's more than a RPG! Great game for those who haven't played in ps2.

Its going to be ff crisis core but right now i would say either tales of the world or chrono trigger(hey you can emulate it so its technically a psp game or a game that you can play on your psp).

FF crisis core is amazing, great graphics, alot of Cinematics(tho a bit too much) and you find out about some of the unanswered question. I played the japanise verison on my psp, tho for a RPG its awfully short (10-20hrs game play depending on how good you are) and its more of an action game then an RPG. Current game i'm interested in is Jeane D'arc. Anyone tried it? or is it not worth getting.

final fantasy 7 crisis core. i try play this game, but it's in jap. but the grahic is supe cool, especially when u able to summon, although i play it in jap, but i'm enjoying it, cos the graphics is too good to resist it.for me, the tekken, dark resurrection, because it was the only game that i have played in PSP, hehehehe.... that's not even a rpg game... uu can also try tales of eternia

hey wow i think so too dude. but i think it can be changed some more but do not ask me cause i wont know much. yeah.... five words? i already passed the limit haha! nice though. i need more money so i can buy the program and games but im sad i dont have. looking for a job to pay for the games and the console wish me luck!! probably working in macdonalds or kfc is good enough.by the way, can anyone recommend me anything???i will really appreciate it if you do thank you once again and bye!

Yes, FF7 is the best. But Tales of Phantasia is also good.I think that FF7: Crisis Core is the best for the psp, it has everything, a great battle system, a good plot, and characters to like.

Huh? Advent Children it's a movie not a game, the game it's Crisis Core...the best rpg game for me would be FF7 advent Children

Since when was there gunna be a remake of FF7 for PSP??the only thing actually worth it seems to be the final fantasy 7 remake thats gonna come out pretty soon. apparently, the graphics are gonna be so awesome that they will look better than final fantasy 10. Besides, final fantasy 7 was one of the best games ever made because of the story, so if you couple one of the greatest stories ever with kick donkey graphics, you know it will be worth checking out

Another great one I have is Dungeon Siege: Throne Of Agony. That was also great.EDIT: oh yeah and soon to be (well maybe not soon...) Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep (if that can count as an RPG at least).

Yeah the PSP release is, but you can play the PSX translation on your PSP using a CFW and POPs.But Phantasia is in Japanese...
