DMC1, the story is much better but DMC2 the fighting style is cool.But if I had to choose, I'll DMC1, because hegot more interesting weapons and I was hoping that the second one would be a sequel of the first one, and I don't really understand the story of DMC2

Devil may Cry 1 is better btw im at dante must die mode, once you first leave the castle, also i cant rub it in cause my friend helped me beat the final boss on the mod below dante must die

Devil May Cry 2 was way better than the first game. It was alot more in-depth and just generally more fun to play. Devil May Cry 2 is one of the last good multi-disk games I can remember.

Well, lemme put it this way. I like Devil May Cry 1, and I guess 2 is....well, okay at least. But my two personal favorites are 3 and 4. They totally rock! The main reason why I'm not as hyped up on the first Devil May Cry is because I find the controls to be just MURDERINGLY stiff! But that didn't stop me from playing it from start to finish, now did it? Cheers!

I have number 2 but never got around to playing the 2nd, heard bad thing about it. Like the first though it was a good challenge, I died so many times
