Personally? I think this has got to be the most overrated game I've ever played. Don't get me wrong, its pretty good. But in no way does it desrve the 9.9 that IGN reviewers gave it. And after playing Knights of the Old Republic I have to say that they could have done such a better job with this game. You could not make your own character and there werent even any items or different kinds of armor to help customize your character. Basically all that this game had going for it was the story and the different fighting style which made this more of a hack and slash than an RPG.

i think it's really great! as usual, the plot is suspenseful and the characters are rather cute..

Disagree or agree with my recalection that jade empire by far is one of the greastest story-line driven games of our time. (next to madden)(madden is not in this topic i just think it's best)

to many genre out there for this to be the best game ever
also, get the new gbasp with backlight, it's the best gameboy ever.

the game was too easy at the end and was a little too short. Longer and more difficult and I would have loked it better.

i didnt like it... im just not a fan of it and after i beat it with both paths i just lost interest... TOTALLY RIPPED A FRIEND OFF AND SOLD IT TO HIM FOR 60$!!! (thats american!)

i havent even really played mine i just couldnt get into the game i thought it was gonna be a great game so i bought it but i played so much and then i stopped it just got boring....

the game was great, but i think bioware could of add more stuff to it. a lot of ppl said the game was great, but my cousin told me the game sucked. iono where he got his info from. bu anyhow i got the limited edition for $15 at ebgames. so i dun really care if it sucked or not cuz i got it for a good deal.

Jade empire is too long to play for rental magnuserines. You might as well get half way through when you rent it. Anyway jade empire is a good game even when you play ir with the limited edition with one extra character and some extras to do in the limited edition.

Jade Empire would take more then a rental to beat. But imo well worth buying.

This was the first game I got for X box and I'd I have to say I loved it. However, I can't find that place where you could supposedly send your followers out on quests. Does anyone know where you meet Henpecked Hou's wife?
