State Of Emergency was a hilarious game. The number of guns and people running around made for a really good time lol!All of the Grand Theft Auto games (especially GTA: Liberty City Stories) are also pretty damn funny!

I'd say God Hand. It's a cross between Final Fight and Devil May Cry gameplay-wise, but the humor in it is unusual, bizarre, and chuckle worthy. It's also an incredibly hard game, so bring lots of patience with you when you try it.

Katamari damacy, the game where u roll things around into a ball and they get set up into the sky as "stars". trust me, if you haven't played this game yet, you're missing out on an incredible experience, this game made me lauf so very hard.

I reckon that the funniest ps2 game would be either jak 3 or a bards tale. They both were pretty funny games.

Bard's Tale. I couldn't get over Bard arguing with narrator when he took an item out of the lady with the huge jugs' trunk when she let him stay there.
