Yeah, their cool games. The first two are the best of the series, but play them all. My favorite rpg series.

Well Suikoden is almost as good as Final fantasy , its harder and more features than most ffs. A lot more characters (108 stars of destiny).

And Suikoden 2 was a lot more replayable then Final Fantasy. Difficulty is evened out by the fun and replayability factors.

I had play Suikoden II and i think that is the best even though thats my opinion cuz recruiting people in a castle its great and constructing it, and the Suikoden IV its a great story to but its a little short on game play. the others i havent play them but they have to be great to

I've only played Suikoden 3 so far (own suikoden 4 but haven't played it yet)....i've heard the series is really good overall......the 108 characters in each of the games gets really tedious though.......ended up taking me nearly 100 hours (through trial and error) to beat Suikoden 3 though....i'd like to know if Suikoden 4 is just as good as the 3rd one in the series.

Suikoden is a great series.. but I gotta say... the best one is one and then two.. fourth then third... somehow the first and second one has better storylines and a simplier but entertaining system.. What can I say.. play them all!

The first two were really the best. I like how you can recruit so many characters! 108 + sprites = cool

that's a bad thing? if I'm dishing out 60-70 dollars for a video game i want damn more than 15 hours of gameplay out of it.

I only played 1 and 2 and tried playing 3 and 4, i am really addictied to the game.Really nice stories and more people to use than in other rpg games and many events to try and get plus you get to link the stories of 1 and 2 together.

Yeah, The stories of 1,2 and 3 are linked together. They refer to events from previous games because of being able to load data from previous ones, this is good for multiple reasons. Example is, Loading Suikoden 1 data from the last save point into Suikoden 2 unlocks Mc 'Dhol as a character and if you have Windspun armour equipped to Humphrey and load data then he will come with the best armour in the game.
