I'm not really a fan of the pokemon series, but this - and/or the other gba versions - is one of the better ones (for its time).

5 times...? You really dont have a life dont cha...?Anyway, it is not a suprise that everybody likes pokemon, its one of the rpg you wont easily get stuck, or confuse for hours easily. Not to forgot to mention the cute elements in the game.

although it is made of recycled parts from pokemon ruby/sapphire. i think that it is much better that the earlier versions of pokemon on gba.

I think this one to be better than Diamond/Pearl, but only because of the childish and untalented 4th generation pokemon designs

I like this pokemon game a lot because of the battle frontier. It is something different from all the other pokemon games that I've played.

Pokemon Emerald is the Best Hoenn Game i ever Played I mean Only two Sapphire Exclusive Pokemon are Missing and It Has Extra Features Capturing Three Hoenn Pokemon and the Battle Frontier:-)Got sorta boring, once you beat it there's like nothing to do.

I' ll hafta say I like it, but it doesn't mean I like it SO much. It was like Ruby/Sapphire got a facelift and was turned into Pokemon Emerald. BTW I like it also cause you can get Groudon, Rayquaza AND Kyogre so no more trading for a Groudon or Kyogre to get those legendaries!!

Pokemon Emerald is the most recent version I have played; I have to say that each pokemon game that is released is better than the previous versions. The folks at Nintendo/Game Freak/Whoever owns the franchise these days are doing a great job of creating a truly great RPG. Not many RPG's give you the option of creating a team of six out of nearly 400 possible characters. The one thing that I think that Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire is lacking is what we found in Gold/Silver/Crystal: the ability to re-explore older regions after defeating the Elite Four.

I prefer this to Ruby and Sapphire because of how it combines both storylines and the fact that the sprites move like in Crystal version. Although I do prefer Crystal more.

I like this game because it is fun to play. And love it when my pokemon evolve into a new kind of pokemon.
