I would have to say Bass, he looks cool, especially in Megaman Battle Network 2.

If the Z-saber wasn't nerfed since MMX3, Zero could kill Bass in 1 hit. Anyways, Bass' buster only rapid fires and does 1 dmg per hit 
. Not a very good weapon to kill bosses with.

Definatly Zero. All Bass can do is shoot rapid fire. Zero has doubl jump, a spin strike, and enough saber techniques to shame most samurais. Also, one hit from his saber is worth over quadruple one shot from bass.
