Well, it depends really on the capability of the pokemon. For example, In fire red and leaf green, charmander would be the hardest to start the game with, but it learnt steel claw. That made brock easy. If you can teach say a grass pokemon earthquake and an electric attack, then that is a good choice. But it doesn't matter what you start off with.

Hikozaru 's final = GoukazaruPocchama's final = EmperutoNaetoru's final = DodaitosuI'd go for dodaitosu because the dual type adds covers the old weaknesses of the individual types of both grass and ground which is always nice

i don't know names, but its a monkey(fire type),a turtle(grass type), and a penguin lol(water type).Oh i go hikozaru cus my fav type is fire.which pokemon are the starters in this game?

I've always picked the water starter except for in Sapphire,I picked the grass-type but I'm probably going to go withthe fire type in Diamond but since I'm pre-ordering bothgames I'm going to have both water and fire type with me.I think the fire-type has the best stats in the game though.

Well it depends what you fave element out of the 3 is.As for me, I find the grass type starters the easiest to train.But it depends what your fave is really.

i like turtwig because it evolves into torterra and it looks really good, plus it learns earthquake and leaf storm, whats not to love? lol

I hate all 3 of them, though I think I'd choose the fire one. I might just start with one, trade it to my friend, start with another one, then trade back.

The grass ones final form looks the coolest so i might take the grass starter for the first time

i am going with the fire monkey other than treecko and pikachu ive only picked fire i had started with bulbasaur but that was when i had two versions back on topic my brother is going start with the penguin i onder who would win between my monkey and his penguin???/
