Lavitz, from the 'Legend of Dragoon.' That game is sweet, and so are the characters. The sad part is, he dies half-way through the game...

i like Cid from FFVII. i mean, he uses spears. who doesn't like a pilot that uses spears and swears a lot?

I liked Destin Faroda from Ogre Battle. I had a cheat sheet with me that I would restart to try them all, but when I got to the Destin part, I guess I forgot or missed it because I didn't find him. Then I looked at the sheet and I was like, "OMG, he was in the last mission!" I eventually gave up looking for him.

I cant believe that Chrono Trigger wasn't picked very much, but i will go with Aaylah? was that here name, she is always ready for battleI can't believe no one picked a character off of Chrono Trigger?Frog is the go to guy for the job.

You get him before that :PDestin is cool though.I liked Quass better.But Magnus Gallant is my favorite. Ogre Battle 64 is my favorite game ever.I liked Destin Faroda from Ogre Battle. Hard one. I quite like Ashley Riot for guy hero, and I like Lenneth Valkyrie or Shion for girl protaginist. I can think of many others I like but these stand out in my mind at the moment.

Hands down, my favourite RPG hero is Setzer from Final Fantasy VI. He's got power w/ Fixed Dice + Offering, he's got style with that awesome trenchcoat, and he's got TWO airships. TWO. How is anyone supposed to compete with that?

I'd say that my fav charictor is Arc for the "ARC THE LAD" for playstaion 2; because he looks cool and his force ring magic spell can't be beaten

Well, mine would be Reid from tales of destiny and Guy from Tales of the Abyss!!Guy's swordplay is totally coollllllllll!!! Fast runner as well. Uses him in any boss fight. =D

My all time-favorite will almost, always be Cloud Strife!He's so cool! That spiky yellow-haired guy! heh-yeah...He'll beat any guy up! (sounds a bit childish)His sword is cool too, I bet there are more that 1 cloud strife in the topic as an answer.(should I check?)
