I think Cloud was the strongest with his performance in Advent Children. He is great though he did get lucky against Sephiroth.

Well, it's either Squall for me(if Cloud has Jenova Cells and materia, Squall can junction all his GF's) or Vincent.Vincent may not inflict the most damage, but his transformations are badass.Plus, if we take AC into account, noone would land a hit on him.

think about it. cloud spins that HUGE sword around every time he kills someone. most poeple cant even lift something that big but he does it with ease

Sephiroth! Hehehe. It's even better when you use a hack to get him on your team. Plus he's bishounen (imo) and that long shiny sword is just great.
