For me the coolest GBA villain is the Demon King from fire emblem sacred stones. He was pretty bad ass, even when he was infact a giant demon.

mine has to be gilgamesh from final fantasy 5 because hes like a really wierd stalker that wont give up, and he comes out with random stuff.

my favoryte vilen from GBA isbroly but anywai it doesnt mather because villens alwais get's to die after they destroy somthing or somebody so it reely doesnt mather.
