I wasn't going to get one, and then I saw the commercials for the DS-Lite, and I was like, "Wow, that looks nice, but I'll probably never get it". Then my friend got one, I held it in my hand, and it was love. Love, I tell you. Went out and tried to buy one the next day, only to discover they were sold out. :D

The Reason I Bought A DS was because of the dual screen and the use of the stylus.another reason was the games that came out on it.

Because I wanted a GBA to play pokemon, then I realizaed I had enough money to buy a NDS and it also was able to play GBA games as well as DS games so it was more convenient, I bought it also because of it's wi-fi capabilities.

I never bought mine, my little brother wanted it for Nintendogs...soon he got bored of it and never played, thus later on I claimed it mine, and enjoy my Castlevania, Mario, and Lunar...

I never bought one, but if i did, it would be because of the gamesseems cool to hold too, like i play on my friends's brother's DS, and its like a pocket book, has a nice standby/hibernate system, and whole touch pad thing just brings it closer the a mouse for fps fighting ^.^

I bought it because a lot of interesting games were being planned for it. At least more than half were good, but some were not so good. >=(

i bought a ds because i knew that nintendo would come out with some googd games for it,and because it is nintendos first handheld that uses cds for the games.

nintendos first handheld that uses cds for the games??? :o well.. i haven't bought dslite yet, probably next week..i'v ordered supercard lite...so.when it arrives i'll buy it.. because i know i'll spend more money buying games! (this is so wrong..i know)but the reason that "i'll" buy a ds.. is because of the simpleness of it... i just get tired of too much complexed games (other systems).. and.. of course.. i'v been a nintendo fan since the first gameboy came out.. :o

I owned a regular DS, I bought it because of the game Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow, I loved it so much. And now, I'm also enjoying other games too, better graphics and sounds than my GBA. I don't use my DS for GBA games because it really sucks :o

For three reasons, Mario kart DS, Mario 64 DS, and NSMB (NEW Super Mario Bros) also I think that the DS has such n innovative and different way of plying video games, i dont care if ds has an mp3 player or movie player, Im just amazed on how it revolutionlizes games yet maintains that "certain je ne sais qois" which can appeal to everyone.

seriously the only reason was that animal crossing was coming out. Period. Other than that I probably wouldnt have wanted it so bad. Now I want it for so many other things. like brain age.

I bought it b/c it was a new system and I really wanted it because...uhhh...well I don't know why,but after I got it I played for about a month then it sat on my dresser for awhile now i'm going to start playing it agian after I get my M3.
