I bought a pre-owned system from GameStop after trading in a bunch of old crap. That's the best way to be sure your DS won't have any dead pixels.

Because I'm aware of the potential it holds, and if the developers do their games right, than the DS may out shine a lot of the major consoles, other than the Wii... :)

originally I was going to get a GP32 for NES, SNES and C64 emulation, but then I found out that the DS was actually pretty cheap and there where emulators on the way and working emulators for GBA that could be used. And the added bonus of GBA game compatïbility.I thought about the PSP, but I heard about the Battery-life, dead pixels due to low-quality screens and a load of other issues, plus the price of it (didn't matter that much since I've spent more on the DS and extra equipment than a new PSP costs). And I guess I've sold my soul to Nintendo ever since I got my NES system way back when

of korz bcoz of da dualscreen..!2 thumbs up for da fabz idea of nintendo..(esp for old man shigeru..lol)

^ A PS2 isn't worth that much. You can't even trade a PS2 for two DS games...I bought my DS as soon as the price went down. I got it at my Local Gamestop, but I really shouldn't have. Could have gotten it at other palces for cheaper.

It is actually a very easy question to answer. The inivation Nintendo puts into there games and systems. They are also unique anymore. The DS and Wii have both proved to be AWSOME systems. They both have there new inivated ways of playing the games and it impresses me.
