I really like my iPod, it's definitely worth the cost. It holds a lot of songs, and the battery life isn't nearly as bad as some people think it is. The hard drive is also much higher fidelity than flash memory. It's actually considered better than most mp3 players, if it wasn't, it wouldn't be such a hit.I'm actually not entirely sure what makes the iPod so much more popular than other mp3 players, especially since it is a bit expensive and fragile. There must be some factors that make it more appealing to buyers.

I think ipod is a useless..especially the new video one.. the screen is so small that you can hardy see anything. i think it is a waste of money

yep i have the older 20 gb one (b+w)Man they are coming out so fast i sort of regret buying it back then, shouldve bought it now.But then if i buy it now after a couple of months they will be even better and ill be in the same situation again

I don't really like ipods myself, everyone has one, I'd rather stick with something that is less popular, like my Philips mp3 player, 15Gig, that will do me!

I havenīt got Ipod cause they are too expensive. They are very cool little hard-disks. But when i have a little of more money, I will buy one.

I think it's kind of funny how some people avoid the iPod because so many people have them. I actually have an iMac computer, because I don't want to be part of the Windows masses. Strange that an Apple product is now the mainstream rather than the underdog. Quite a turnaround.

Wouldn't touch them, they smack of Apple's usual proprietary methods, hopelessly restricted for music and video downloads unless it's through iTunes. Far better performing machines out there, maybe not as good looking, which are the iPo'ds only good point, but much cheaper.

Nope, would rather use a handphone MP3player as bring two machines might as well just bring one as two is too bulky.

No Ipod crap, MP3 Sony CD player, Sony only does good music crap, not gaming, i can have 14 CD collections on each CD and i can get CDs for cheap, so im saving so much

yes you can, there may be a limited amount of games, but there are gamesQuite good about the iPOD wouldn't mind one to get one later.Even thought it can't play game on iPOD but at least i got to choose which music i want to hear.
um, that's not an MP3 player, yes, it does play MP3s but it is not portable, what we mean by MP3 player is a portable device that reads MP3 filesI don't have an iPod, but I really want one, I want the iPod video, and for the fact that it handles MP4 files, it's a plusGood old Windows media player 9 series is best.
