I hate being picky about details, but the best resident evil SERIES? dont you mean GAME?reguardless... i'd have to say 4. just because i havent played any of the others aside from the first one and code veronica. and i REALLY wanna play 2-3.

based on the story id say RE2, cuz its just good story but bad graphics...

I really liked RE2 cause of the story, RE4 has great graphics but those arent zombies in a classical way so they los to RE2

I dunno which one i prefer i mean i spent about 19 hours on resident evil four and it was the only game i played for the week but i also spent loads of time on resident evil ds when i got it. I would have to say resident evil ds because of the touch screen knife fights but blowing up ganados with a mine thrower was good fun. B) Albert Wesker emoticon!

I like all of them but my favourties are Resident evil ds and Resident evil 4 one reason for this is the fact that you always have a knife with you and it dosn't take up space in your inventory. I love knives on resident evil!

Resident Evil 4 definitelyI'm playing it for the second time with an infinite rocket launcher and it's so much fun blowing everything up.I want to play the DS version, from what the last person said it sounds pretty cool!

Resident Evil 2 it had so many so many secrets and stuff and the main characthers were great, i thing the last one was a little to diferent from your usual resident evil (action focussed), its funny cause the same thing happens to silent hill 4

Redisent evil 3, because i didn't like that of enemies giving you ammo or items of RE4, but for the others thing i should select RE4

Number 1, the Oridginal. The rest started to get a really boring feel, they we'rent as scary, though back then, i was still pretty young.

ya 4 was the crazy cool. i really liked the storyline. it made it seem like a moviealso, i noticed somebody said 2 might be there fav. thats cool cuz i like botha those a lot. prolly cuza leon, however did anyone notice the drastic change in leon from game 2 to 4?

Resident evil 2 still remains my favorite title. I wish they'd give it the same revamp they did to REmake.
