cloud could take on auron any day. cloud actually seems better with a sword, seems much stronger, and definatly way cooler hehe

Conisering how old FF 7 is, cloud by far cause he still cant be quite topped. And besides, Auron is a rip off of one of the samurai's in 7 samurai, the nuts one. Same with mitsurgi...cant remember his name though, my brother would probably hit me cause i dont. Hes the one with the long sword.

I think you're thinking of Kikuchiyo, played by Mifune Toshiro (and yeah, Mitsurugi's face is pretty much Mifune Toshiro's face). Toshiro is to Kurosawa-sensei what Robert DeNiro is to Martin Scorsese.And besides, Auron is a rip off of one of the samurai's in 7 samurai, the nuts one. I liked both, Auron was definately better then FFX's main character, im going to have to say cloud though because FF7 was my favorite.

Cloud only cause the match would end when someone declared dead and Auron is already dead so he wins instantly.

Cloud is just plain cooler and stronger.He is always looking for the light, and tries to get rid of the darkness inside him which created Sephiroth.He is just too cool, I seriously love that dude.

a difficult question. Auron is more cooler, but cloud is more heroic. I prefer moremundane characters, not too heroic. Auron is my choice

In terms of Final Fantasy stats, Auron would absolutely crush Cloud. Don't give me any lip. Auron has superior strength and health.In terms of them being characters, Auron would absolutely crush Cloud. Cloud is a thingy. He has "omg it was my fault" on his mind at all times, and he's just plain weak. Don't give me your fanboyishly stupid reasons why "cloudz0r is so sexy!!!".So, basically, Auron > Cloud.
