How pitiful. You fail to grasp what the series so you try to put a series down instead of accepting your own pathetic faults.as for the card game I have played MAgic and Yugioh many times and magic is somewhat well...boring. The game progresses too slowly, not enough combos, the game lasts too freaking long. I play magic with my friend and the biggest problems I've seen is a lack of strategy. Magic has some but not enough to make me buy my own cards. Magic is fun........to an extent. Likewise I could play yugioh all day....well almost.FOr the record I don't put down a show or card game I have not watched at least a few episodes of or played a few games of before I decide. I've never played the VS card game but if I said it was stupid it would just be proving my own ignorance. IF you hate it afte rplaying fine your opinion, but making jokes on what other peole like just proves your own stupidity. Stick with your game and what you like because just as you can put down one game someone can put down yours. So get over yourself and grow up.yugio was just a cheap pokemon copy that someone thought up while they were taking a crap on the toilet. dam those japaneese.

I don't know hate it but I just play the game and you shouldn't hate it cause someone ask you if you collect the card

I only collect dark type cards, I give out all non-dark monster cards because it takes up so much space in my drawer. Yugioh isn't that bad at all!

Heh, the card game is enjoyable upon occasion, but the show is just redicioulous. Story Time:My stepson and nephew had gotten some YuGiOh cards and were asking me to teach them how to play(I hadn't played either at this point, but I figured that I'd read the rules and just explain it to them as I went). So they played a couple of games, and the nephew kept winning over and over(he had a blatently supieriour deck and a habit of cheating). My stepson then tried acting like Yugi, proclaiming his belief in the heart of the cards, and waxing poetic(for a seven year old) on the values of freindship. And he still lost. I had to sit him down and explain that freindship and belief means very little in a card game. Luck, strategy, and a better deck than your opponent means far more. Poor kid. *shakes head*I then proceeded to take his deck and use it to smear my(now gloating about his un-defeatableness) nephew all over the floor. He couldn't cheat when playing against me, and his better card advantage was completely overwhelmed by my decade+ of M:tG experience(they aren't so dissimilar that similar tactics don't work). About a month and a half more of playing this, they each got Magic cards for Christmas and haven't touched their YuGiOh cards since. I watched a duel one day and I was hooked on the series ever since. Such a seemingly simplistic card game that can get very complicated.

I personally never liked Yu-Gi-Oh, but probably because of the hype. The actual game seems fun too play, but I never got any cards. There's just so much hype about it there's no point. I can understand hype about something that there should actually be hype about, but not a card game. It's fine, but there are too many roms and too much hype. Overrated show and overrated cards.
Someone, make something better.
