I would have to say Garet from Golden Sun! or Satauros and Menardi. I also like Link ofc! and Rayquaza from Pokemon, I wouldn't mind a rayquaza in real life to ride on and fly! how cool would that be because hes so big and would own all the other crappy legendary pokemon... mewtwo was cool when we first saw him but hes so small compared to the newer biggies like Groudon and Kyogre and Rayquaza.

Link from the Zelda series for sure but I also loved the characters from Riviera the game was nicely developed. Mario's a classic can't help but make him another one of my fav characters.
