Lan from the Megaman Battle Network series is probably one of my favorites. And definetly Sanshrew from the Pokemon series. I loved them both even more in the games. They're awesome =]

Ein from Riviera - The Promised Land. he has so much personality because you are in control. also in the game, Serene and Cierra. All 3 kick ass.

My favorite character is the pink marshmellow Kirby, it looks like you can just roll him into a ball and bounce it.
